What happens to my loyalty points if I return or cancel an order?

If your order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, any loyalty points associated with that purchase will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancelled orders

If your order is cancelled before it is dispatched, any points that would have been earned from that purchase will not be awarded to your account.

Returned or refunded orders

If you return all or part of your order, or if a refund is issued, the loyalty points earned from the refunded items will be deducted from your account. Any adjustments will usually be processed within 14 days of your return or refund being completed.

Will this affect my loyalty tier?

Yes, it may.

Your loyalty tier is based on qualifying purchases. If a cancelled, returned, or refunded order contributed towards your tier qualification, your tier status may be reviewed and adjusted if you no longer meet the required criteria.

If your tier changes following a return or refund, any benefits associated with your new tier will apply going forward.
