Can I combine, amend, or cancel my order?Updated 21 days ago
If you place a second order before your first order has been dispatched, we may be able to combine the two orders into one shipment.
Simply email us as soon as possible with both order numbers, and if your first order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we'll combine them and refund the delivery charge paid on the second order.
Please note that both orders must be for the same delivery address for us to combine them.
Amending or Cancelling an Order
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to make any requested changes before your order is packed and dispatched.
Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to:
- Change the items ordered
- Amend the delivery address
- Combine the order with another order
- Cancel the order
If you think you need to make a change, please email us promptly with your name, order number, and details of the amendment or cancellation request, and we'll do everything we can to help.
