Do I need to create a new account for the loyalty programme?

No, you do not need to create a new account.

If you already have an account with us, you will automatically be moved over to the new loyalty programme. Your existing account details will remain the same, and you can continue to log in as usual.

Where can I access my loyalty account?

You can view your points, rewards, and tier status by logging into your account here:
Loyalty Rewards

From your loyalty dashboard, you’ll be able to:

  • Check your current points balance
  • View available rewards
  • Redeem points for discounts
  • Track your tier progress
