Yes, your points are valid for 12 months from the date of your last qualifying purchase. A qualifying purchase is an order that’s fully paid, not returned, and earns points.

The good news is that every qualifying purchase automatically resets the expiry date of all your unused points for another 12 months.

If there’s no qualifying purchase within a 12-month period, your points will expire. But don’t worry – simply placing an order at least once a year will keep your points active and ready to use whenever you like.
