Do my loyalty points expire?

Yes. Your loyalty points remain valid for 12 months from the date of your last qualifying purchase.

qualifying purchase is an order that:

  • Has been fully paid for
  • Has not been returned or refunded
  • Earns loyalty points under the programme

Every time you make a qualifying purchase, the expiry date of all your unused points is automatically extended by a further 12 months. This means your points stay active as long as you continue to make at least one qualifying purchase each year.

If you do not make a qualifying purchase within a 12-month period, any unused loyalty points in your account will expire and cannot be reinstated.

To keep your points active, simply place at least one qualifying order every 12 months. This will refresh the expiry date of your entire points balance, giving you plenty of time to continue earning and redeeming rewards.
