How do I earn loyalty points?
There are several ways to earn points through our loyalty programme, making it easy to build up rewards every time you shop.
Standard purchases
You'll earn 5 loyalty points for every £1 you spend on eligible purchases.
For example:
- Spend £20 and earn 100 points
- Spend £50 and earn 250 points
- Spend £100 and earn 500 points
Discounted orders
If you use a discount code or redeem a loyalty reward, you'll earn points based on the final amount you pay, not the original order value.
For example:
- Your basket totals £40
- You apply a 10% discount, reducing the total to £36
- You'll earn 180 points (5 points per £1 spent on £36)
Sale items
You'll still earn loyalty points when purchasing sale items. Points are calculated using the price you actually pay after any reductions.
For example:
- An item was originally £30 but is reduced to £10
- You'll earn 50 points, based on the £10 purchase price
Gift cards
Gift cards earn points when they are purchased, but not when they are redeemed.
For example:
- Purchase a £50 gift card and you'll earn 250 points
- If the recipient uses that gift card to place an order, no additional loyalty points will be earned on that purchase, as points have already been awarded when the gift card was bought
How much are my points worth?
Your points can be redeemed for rewards on future purchases.
- 5 points = £1 spent
- 100 points = £1 in reward value
As your points balance grows, you can exchange them for money-off rewards or percentage discounts through the Rewards section of your loyalty account.
Please note that loyalty points are only awarded on eligible purchases and are calculated using the final amount paid after any applicable discounts have been applied.
