How do I redeem my loyalty points?

Redeeming your points is quick and easy.

1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Navigate to the Rewards section on the loyalty page.
3. Browse the available rewards and select the one you'd like to redeem.
4. If you have enough points, click Redeem to exchange your points for that reward.
5. You'll receive a unique discount code, which can be applied at checkout on your next eligible order.

Available rewards

You can redeem your points for the following rewards:

• 150 points – 5% off your order
• 300 points – 10% off your order
• 450 points – 15% off your order
• 500 points – £5 off your order
• 600 points – 20% off your order
• 1,000 points – £10 off your order

Please note that points can only be redeemed if you have the required balance available in your account. Once a reward has been redeemed, the corresponding points will be deducted from your balance. There is no minimum spend.

Loyalty rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discount codes, bundle deals, or promotional campaigns. Only one discount or promotion can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
