How does the new loyalty programme work?
Our new loyalty programme is powered by LoyaltyLion and features three membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
You'll earn 5 points for every £1 you spend, and 100 points are worth £1 in rewards that can be redeemed against eligible purchases.
At launch, all customers will begin in the Bronze tier, regardless of previous spending history. As you continue to shop and earn points, you'll have the opportunity to progress through the tiers and unlock additional benefits.
Delivery benefits by tier
- Bronze – Free standard delivery on orders over £25
- Silver – Free standard delivery on all orders
- Gold – Free standard delivery on all orders
Reward options
Once you've earned enough points, you can redeem them for a range of rewards, including:
