How is my order packaged?Updated a year ago

Almost all our orders are sent out in Large Letter sized boxes making 

them letter box friendly! If you have a standard sized post box your order 

can be popped through your door without you having to be in. For larger 

orders and jewellery cases then your order will be sent in a small parcel 

sized box and as such someone will need to be at the delivery address to 

receive the order.

Inside the box all our earrings, necklaces, bracelets & anklets are sent in 

small envelope pouches to keep them safe during transit and to give you 

something nice to store them in at home. Please note that there are 2 

pockets in each pouch, and we put 1 earring in the front and 1 in the back 

to stop them getting damaged on their journey.

Cartilage pieces and earring charms are sent in a small plastic wallet with 

a Solace Jewellery backing card.

There is no paperwork inside of the box, we try to use as little paper as 

possible so if you need to check your order is correct, please refer to your 

electronic order confirmation.
