How is my order packaged?Updated 24 days ago

Almost all of our orders are dispatched in Large Letter-sized boxes, making them letterbox friendly. If you have a standard-sized letterbox, your order can usually be delivered safely through your door without the need for someone to be present.

For larger orders, jewellery cases, or items that require additional packaging, your order may be sent in a small parcel-sized box. In these cases, someone may need to be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

How Your Jewellery Is Packaged

Inside the box, all earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and anklets are carefully placed in our small Solace Jewellery envelope pouches. These are designed to keep your jewellery protected during transit and provide a convenient storage pouch to use at home.

Please note that each pouch has two separate pockets. To help prevent the earrings from rubbing together or becoming damaged during delivery, we place one earring in the front pocket and one earring in the back pocket. This means your earrings may appear separated when you first open the pouch, but both pieces are included.

Cartilage jewellery pieces and earring charms are packaged separately in a small plastic wallet attached to a Solace Jewellery backing card.

Order Information

To help reduce paper waste, we do not include printed paperwork inside your parcel. If you need to check your order details, please refer to your electronic order confirmation email, which contains all the information about your purchase.
