I have been sent the wrong item, what should I do?Updated a year ago

Firstly we are extremely sorry for this, but please email our customer service team with your order number, what you have not received and an image of the order as a whole and a close up on the wrong item sent. Once we have this we will simply rectify this and get you your correct order out with a returns label to send back the incorrect item at your earliest convenience.
