I have placed an order and I think my email address is incorrect, what can I do?Updated a year ago
If you haven’t received an order confirmation to either your inbox or your
junk mail, please make sure you haven’t used an alternative email
address. If you are using Apple Pay or the Shop Pay app these details are
often pre-filled in for you via those apps and they may be different to the
usual email address you use.
If you need to change your email address or you have filled it out
incorrectly, please email us with your order number (if you have it) or as
much detail as possible including your full address so that we can locate
your order and update your email address.
