Our jewellery is made from hypoallergenic materials and is designed especially for sensitive ears. That said, everyone's skin is unique, and occasionally mild irritation can still happen.

Often, this can be linked to things like recent piercings, friction, natural skin sensitivity, build-up, or even temporary changes in your body such as stress or hormones.

The good news is that in many cases this is mild and settles quickly. We usually recommend gently cleaning the area, allowing your ears time to calm down, and then gradually building up wear time again, making sure the earrings sit comfortably and aren't too tight.
