We are really sorry that this has happened and please rest assured this is very unusual. Please contact us via our customer service email address ([email protected]) at the first opportunity you can so we can rectify this straight away for you. Please include your order number, the name of the defective item and an image of the issue if possible. Once we have this we can look in to the issue and arrange for a replacement to be sent out ASAP.
