Your existing loyalty points will be transferred to the new loyalty programme unchanged, and the value will remain the same at 100 points = £1 in rewards.

What happens to my Platinum VIP membership?

Our previous Platinum VIP membership has now been discontinued as part of the launch of our new tiered loyalty programme.

All customers, including previous VIP members, have been moved into the new system and will now progress through the Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers based on their ongoing spending and engagement.

What happens to my benefits?

While the Platinum VIP programme has ended, your loyalty is still recognised through our new tier system:

• You will now earn points under the new structure
• You will have access to tier-based benefits (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
• Your existing points balance remains fully intact and unchanged

We’ve designed the new programme to be more flexible and rewarding, with clearer ways to earn, redeem, and progress through the tiers.
